Terms of service

Version 2026-10-10

Draft under review: this text is a placeholder until our counsel replaces it.

The service

SharedFlow is a shared workspace where organizations, teams, and people work together on objectives. These terms apply to every account and every organization on it. By creating an account you accept them for yourself; an admin who creates an organization accepts them for it.

Accounts

An account belongs to one person and is opened with a work email address. You keep your password private and tell us about any use of your account that you did not authorize. We may close an account that breaks these terms or has stayed unused for a long time, after telling you.

Organizations and their data

An organization's admins decide who joins it and each member's role; every member may invite colleagues at the organization's email domain, and an admin removes a member or invites one back. Content an organization's members add belongs to that organization; we process it only to run the service, keep it secure, and meet the law. Leaving an organization ends your access to its content; the organization keeps it.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and with respect for other people on it. Do not probe or disrupt it, send unsolicited messages through it, or add content you have no right to share. We may remove content or suspend access to stop harm, and we tell the people concerned.

Availability and changes

The service is offered as it is; we work to keep it available and may change or withdraw features, with notice where a change affects how you work. Except where the law says otherwise, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.

Ending and contact

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Each team you manage goes to the admin or manager you choose, or to your organization's admins. If you are your organization's only admin, make someone else an admin or archive the organization first; Settings tells you so. Deleting your account ends your memberships and removes your name; content you added stays with your organization. Questions about these terms go to the address on the contact page. We may change these terms; the version date at the top changes with them, and continued use after a change accepts the new version.
